Principal Duties
Lead the design and development of comprehensive communication plans and associated communications.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs and materials (including user guides, tip sheets, presentations, classroom instruction, online videos, webinars, information sessions, etc. ) to be delivered to key stakeholders.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of marketing and promotional materials (including social media, videos, signage, printed materials, etc.) targeted to specific audiences. Provide guidance and support to projects requiring promotion solutions.
Serve as a change management SME, providing input and feedback on strategies and solutions to support the change management methodology of ADKAR which guides individual and organizational change. This includes tracking the outcomes required to achieve to ensure a change is successful including: awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement.
Required
1) 7+ years experience with Change Management and Methodologies (ADKAR) or equivalent change management framework, principles, methodologies and tools
2) Able to absorb complex technical information and communicate very effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
3) A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
4) Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
5) Able to design compelling slides, and able to work with design team to develop marketing and training assets
6) Able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
